Reliance communication one of the worst mobile operator Which I have seen. When I purchased it was really good and I was really with there service. But day by day it went worst. Last year I faced network coverage issue so that I complained to them thst I am not getting 1 point signal from 4 days, so they told me we will make it proper within 15 days. So I waited them but still they have not made it proper and from our town complaining about the same. And one more thing is they gave offer for me that for 8 rs 1GB internet for 30 years. But network only not there then why we need the offers. And one more thing there customer care are not good, they are not ressolving the issue and telling everytime reason that now our application is down and also telling we cant hear voice properly, and other so many reasons they are giving, so overall I really disappointed by this mobile operator. First of all they should improve the coverage Specially in karnataka. If they improve it then it will bereally fine.
