Reliance ZERO plan is a very attractive plan. But customers beware, this is a very convenient way for the company to harass you.
I paid advance rental of Rs 17000 for my cell for two years. Since then none of the complaints are taken care. For every complaint on network problems, we get a preformated mail that their network are working at optimum levels. A Data speed of 14 KBPS & inspite of frequent call drops, the company claim is making fun of the customer.
SO I REQUEST CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PLANING TO PAY ADVANCE RENTAL FOR TWO YEARS. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY.
THERE IS NOTHING CALLED CUSTOMER CARE IN RELIANCE ANYMORE.
