I had very bad experience with Reliance prepaid mobile recently. I did online recharge and the amount never got credited to my mobile account. Instead I received a message on my mobile saying that due to some technical issue my transaction didnt go through. I checked my bank account and found that the amount had been deducted.
I called up Reliance customer care and lodged a complaint with them. But even after a day nothing happened. Finally I again called up customer care and enquired about my complaint. The customer care executive was an irresponsible guy. He said it would take 60 hours for me to get a resolution on this issue. I clearly told him that it was not acceptable. He behaved very strangely.
His point was that since my online transaction didnt go though, they have permitted me to lodge a complaint. Since SLA for any complaint is 60 hours I should wait. He was talking as if I made a big mistake and he was doing a great favor by talking to me. I asked him to forward the call to any of the managers as I didnt want to talk to him anymore. But he never did that. Instead he kept on repeating the same crap and finally disconnected the call. I never expected this from the most reputed company in India "Reliance".
