Like all others, I also like to shre my bitter experiences with reliance.
- I have taken a WLL connection with relianc with filling of my forms with my right name and address. To my surprice, my name and address is totally changed by reliance. On requsting the nearest franchise of reliance, they again wanted my identity proof and address proof. With nil mistake on my part, I ahve to submit th documents again.
The name is not corrcted by giving one application with documents. I have submitted them again for corection in name and address. Now to my surprice, reliance have corrected my name but the wrong name is only appearing on the bill. They have not deleted the wrong name. similarly the address is also changed but the billing address is old one only. Now what to tell to such a company who doesn’t under stand why a person is equesting corecting his name. To get the bill in correct name and timely. I have not received my bills.
You contact th reliance customer care and thy will ot egister your complain and simply try to convince you that the polem will b solvd after some time. (As in my case when thre was problem in my internet services. Please always insist for a complaint number from the customer care executive and this only will ensure taking up of you poblem.
If your problem is that you are getting low netork coverage on your reliance WLL phone, call th customer care and register your complaint and must take your complant number. The customer care executive may tell you that you contact nearest web world and the web world fellow will tell you you hav to purchase one sort of external antenna from market. But insist on registering your complauint with customer care and you will get a external antenna from reliance. 9 Make continuous calls to customer care. Your luck will bring you to right executive who will sort out your problem. In my experince, most of the customer care executives don’t have knowledge and they simply try to pass the query by convincing you one way or other.
