I have a couple of prepaid connections of Reliance India Mobile in the family. The company has been deducting money from the a/c balance at random for VAS and other services which were never subscribed to and when approached have a standard reply that the request has been made by the mobile owner by pressing the key buttons. They are not prepared to listen to logic and refuse to refund the amounts so deducted on some pretext or the other. In some cases the deductions have been made when the mobile was carried abroad without any incoming/outgoing facility and when there was no signal either. How absurd they can be is to be experienced.
I am thoroughly disgusted with there attitude and would recommend any one going for a prepaid connection must avoid Reliance at any cost.
