Reliance Mobile fleecings its Prepaid Customers...

Everytime a Reliance Prepaid subscriber makes a recharge he gets a message from Reliance which reads


"Get M E G A talktime on RCV of Rs.105/151/251. Admin fees Rs.75/-apply."


Which means you are actually getting Rs.30/, Rs.75.50, & Rs.176 worth of talktime repsectively.


" Where is the "m e g a " offer ?


What does "m e g a" means ?In this you are not even getting equal worth of talktime.


If you were to make different recharges of Rs.30/-, Rs.60/- you get more than this "mega" offer.


The Customer Care Executives have no answer to this "mega" offer. The are blunt enough to say that it is for the customers to check with Reliance Customer Care before going in for a recharge using such "mega" Recharge Vouchers.


It is giving lessor value by selling such"mega" recharge vouchers.


Why fool its own customers ?


To fleece the ignorant, uneducated ones.


Customers must be careful.Besides the customers must use "do not disturb" option so that such misleading messages are not forwarded to their mobiles.
