I had a really bad expirience with reliance till now.
First of all there is a huge network issue with reliance.
You are lucky if you get the network on your phone while using reliance.
Customer care gives you fake promises that your complaint has been filed and network issue will be resolved.
Then comes the billing issues.
I ported my docomo no. To reliance postpaid and my first months bill was generated.
I was really unhappy with the service so I didnt pay the bill and my services were disconnected.
Everything ok.
Now there was no network in my phone, I cannot make or recieve calls, the bill again came for second month.
I was surprised as when my services were aborted then how can you aske me to pay for a period when my services were disconnected.
I was repeatedly getting calls from reliance to pay the bill but they are arrogant that I have to pay the bill for second month though I had not used the services.
