This is about Reliance GSM service in Kerala. My account balance dropped by Rs 30/- in hours.When I contacted the customer care, I got reply that I have subscribed to their "Joke" service which was really a joke. I am 100 % sure that I have not done anything from my phone to avail the service.
Also I use this number for outgoing calls and use if for rarely fopr making long std calls.Is this the new way phone companies find to improve thier financials in the wake of drop of call charges???So check your balance at least two times a day..and feel lucky if its there.
