I have 2 reliance sim cards. Data connection is working in one Sim and not working in the other. I complained in customer care through instacare android app. Their technical person called me and asked me to do few settings. Even after that internet was not working. I tried data connection in same smartphone and in same sim slot. One reliance sim was easily connecting but the other sim was not. Both the sim cards are working and I use to call from both the cards. 3 days have gone I havent got any solution. Their one customer care executive asked me to approach customer care center near my home. The other one told me that internet services are not activated in my sim card. Then for what they are waiting? Does a customer require to request reliance to activate internet services? Really these people dont solve problem and just frustrate us. Very very very poor services.
