I have been using reliance for 6 months and I feel they are service is good
the only problme is that they have lot of hidden cost which they dont tell you
when you buy the phone.
the other thing what they do is loot the customer by selling there CDMA mobile
which are very cheap quality in local market but they will charge you 4 time cost
and you have no choice but to buy as the cdma does not have sim card,
The other problem is that help desk staff are poorly trained and poorly mannered
cant blame them as they are made to work in pressure and if you see the kind
of table chairs given to the staff to work for 15 hrs no one will be able to give good
services, All the staff who I talk have bad reputation aby the top boss of company
and if we complain them on any issue they say they are helpless as its the top
boss who tell them to behave that way. This I feel is bad for the company and may
lose customer.
Reliance must cut all there hidden cost and try give good product mobile at reasonable
cost thye must have schems where old mobile must be exchanged with new modles
and cover the cost in the bill.
Alos must stop all the gags that keep coming on the sms 1234 they are all worthless
and it only money making business by fooling the customers.
Reliance has good fruture if they over come all the above and treat the staff properly
