Never trust relinace for hidden costs that it has coupled with pathetic service.
E-recharge is unrelaible and sometime takes week to get actioned similar to other services like SDCA change which takes 2-3 weeks & your phone is inactive for this duration but you have to pay rent.
So customer gets charged for no use & fault on part of reliance. My Advice never trust reliance.
I got SDCA changed and my phone was inactive for 2 weeks with no increase in validity and lot of suffering spend 10-15 hrs to get this done with Rs 1200 worth of petrol to go from one webworld to another
Everytime I recharge mobile using e-recharge it takes minumum 1 week for it to get actioned
I have suffered a lot from them and custmer service guys are untrained and hence do not know how to handle call or answer the query.
This is like giving a hand set worth rs 500 for rs 2000 and charging for everything. As per policy reliance is supposed to get your handsets repaired but on most occassions you are sent to service centre of handset Co and you end up paying huge costs.
E.g my FWP got damaged and needed some work. Was refered to LG show room which charged 2600 to repait the handset where as the new handset costs Rs 2200.
