I have seen the review written on reliance money. I totally disagree with what they are telling. there are some small trciks where u can get the customer care people. everyone are happy aboutb the kit being received within 7 days etc etc but they are so frustrated with the customer care people that they are telling the the product itself is a crap which is not. When compared with ICICIdirect or sharekhan or indiabulls or any other brokerage company they charge you high % of comission for a single trade ranging between 0.5 to 1%. But rekliance money takles only 1 paisa. the simplest way to get hold of the customer care is just try the number they have given on the website......wait for exactly 2mins 30sec.
Until that music or the beep tone end and one recorded voice will tell you to wait as the customer care peolpe are busy or call after some time. So at this jucntion don’t hang up the phone...... keep holding it...after that message again the music starts then suddenly u will hear the customer care voice......... and tell your problem and solve it.
This is how I am doing it from past 8-9 months and every time I get through the customer care........... what happens is these days young people are losing patenice.. wait and u will get them.......... initially even I have used icici, sharekhan, indiabulls and even motilaloswal....but I fell the reliance product is great...........
