Well, here’s one product that tries to get to make customers by offering the cheapest brokerage rates but the worst part is that it just doesn’t work. This website is full of technical problems and gliches that I am repenting the day I got carried away by the low brokerage rates and opened up a reliance money account. More that half the time this site is unreachable specially in off market hours and if you’re relieved that after 10 tries u r finally able to login, don’t worry it keeps logging u out every 2-3 minutes. Its hopeless for the technical community working on linux and firefox browsers as the site is incompatible with these.
But But But - What is the most dangerous thing? What if u order for 5 shares and the bugs in the software sends 10 shares for trading? What if u do an intra day trade and then put a sell order at a particular price but the software sells it for much lesser than u bid for even during the early hours during the day. I’ve experienced all this here.
For all u guys who r looking to save on brokerage costs - take my word **"This product is unstable". Recently quite a few customers have actually lodged a complain against this site with the SEBI and unlessthese issues r resolved quickly, there may be some action against them in the offing!!
