I was looking to change my online trading & DeMAT a/c. After some research, I found that Reliance money offered the most economical package so decidede to go ahead with it. I filled an online form and received a call from an executive named Dhirender Biyani based in Hyderabad. After fixing an appointment he was sincere enough to come and give me a form. I filled the form after going through the fine print and Mr. Biyani came again to collect the form. So far so good. A/c should have been opened in 7 days.
But the days seemed to be weeks and thanks to myself for calling this Mr. Biyani. Had it not been for my call he would not have bother to get back to me. When asked, he replies saying that my application was rejected due to some signature error somewhere. Now this Mr. Biyani is a very busy man so does not have time to come for this rectification.
The website of Reliance money is even more wonderful. It does not even accept the complaint neither the customer care number geats through.
I as a person invested near to 2 to 3 lakhs in ADAG (Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group) managed companied wonder if my money is safe in the companies which do not have a good customer support system in place. Or it might be just that Anil (of ADAG) does not care about small investors like me.
If customer service is this bad what appreciation of my money can I expect in the company I am invested in. And if they dont care about investors its too much to expect customer service from them.
