I read and heard negative opinion about Reliance Money but still went along since their charges were minimum. But I kept my expectations very low since it is not very unlikely to have low minimum charges and good services at the same time.Alas ! Reliance Money is worse than even what you can imagine. Absolutely horrible service that’ll make even sarkari department look great.
A pathetic slow website in which half of the options don’t work. For instance, if you try checking the statement of your funds (i.e. how much you transferred to or out of reliance money a/c, how much were utilized to buy which share etc), the option for it always times out. So, you are completely in dark about it and only hope that Reliance Money is not eating up your money.
Or try putting the ’Buy’ order through Firefox and the order is placed twice !!! So, If you buy 100 shares, the order goes for 200 and 200 shares gets bought for you !!
My address kit had my address distorted. When I enquired, they said that their system doesn’t take special characters in address. So, if your address is 5/12, it’ll come as 5 12 !!!
But the icing on the cake is their helpline no. 39886000. You keep trying and trying infinitely but the probability of getting to speak to the helpdesk is almost nil. You write to their customer.service@reliancemoney.com but never get a response.
