I have been using Reliance money only for the past 10 days & I am already sick of it. I am already holding an account with Share Khan for the past 1 1/2 year, though I am very satisfied with the performance of Share Khan, I am not happy with the brokerage% they charge which according to me is very exorbitant.
Coming to Reliance money, the customer support is in pathetic condition, I guess if some one monitors the customer support mail box. Do they have a TAT for the emails they receive, because even after a week of sending couple of emails to them I did not have any response from them. The worst part is I have send an email to their grievance email address that is on their website, but, alas! no response.
The site is the worst site I have ever seen for years. You cannot have a proper view of funds still left in the account, no proper reports, no status of loss/ gain for positions still holding, only view of stocks holding at CMP.
Had I read the earlier reviews on MouthShut.Com I would have thought twice about opening an account with Rel Money, but I didn’t & I am suffering. I think India will never change, the old habit is here to stay, if you want to have good service you need to fetch out more from your pocket. Thats it!
