Does anyone know that their system went crazy today or/ and y’day and bought and sold shares as per its whims and fancies? Please check ur demat balances and talk to them in case of discrepancies. I was assured that they will compensate for it but I am wondering if it is a system
error exactly.
And I am also wondering how they could do this selling and buying wo proper authentication. Even if they are compensating, what about the educational cess and the service tax u pay on every
transaction?
Talking about customer service, the less said, the better. After you get the automated answer to be on the line, u wait for ages and finally, there will not be any response.
And most of the transactions face short delivery. No one informs you that you had a short delivery.
You lose so many such windows of opportunity. If you have fallen for their brokerage charges just like me, it’s time you thought twice
