First, email customer service is pathetic. Their customer service on phone cant do anything much to help other than saying "someone will get back on the issue".
Then the primary issue:
It takes seconds to transfer money from your bank acct to Reliance money. However, it takes days to withdraw and get the money transfered to your account!
They charge fees without informing you! They use a smart strategy in form of Limit card which gets renewed for the 500 Rs plan by default every 2 months! So, whether you trade or not, you have to pay! How many of them have the time to login and look how much money they have lost?
Lets say, you have the time! You cant view your recent billings. Billings are dated 2 months old.
Now, the biggest joke - their email site. Their email(yourid@reliancemoney.com) suddenly went non-functional 3 months back. They shifted their system to live.msn.com which means you have to use your reliancemoney.com id to login on a different site.
They changed the password without informing you! If you manage to get the password from customer service or reset it, you need to pass through spam control. This is the biggest joke! No matter how many times you input the characters seen on the web site, it will still not allow you to login. The result: You cant check your billings!They are the biggest cheats ever seen.
