Customer dont get any response in case of problem, query, issues related to account, personal details, trading. While service is very prompt while opening a new account or when company is suppose to get any money from customer.
It seems company executives are properly trained to ignore problems/issues which does not get any benefit to reliance money and giving indirect benefit directly to the company.
It seems this company is not having many branches, executives to support new accounts/customer in flow and so customer has to suffer till the time they are getting settled with their processes.
As a new customer, I already feel frustrated in a months time with the kind of service I have got. I am going for closing the account and came to know that all my money is gone without trading or using reliance money for any purpose. My account got linked with wrong bank account and after a months time of complain that is still same.
I have reported this issue to reliance money branch, executive who opened the account, reliance customer care and customer Grievances deparment but have not got any answer in one month time.
So, I recommend its better to pay more brokerage and get good service instead of getting into never ending issues/problems.
