I’ve been using RM for 1.5 years now. They started with 1 paise trading to lure investors, now we have to buy a limit card of Rs1000 valid for 2 months and also pay Rs15 per transaction (delivery and intra day).
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever come accross and you have to wait for a long time. The Site crashes and does not work on Firefox, so please take my advice, look elsewhere, do not suffer like me.
PS:- Intra day Margins were 5x, its now come down to 2.5x. Secondly there is no cash delivery.You can’t view your account details after EOD till 12am in the night, though they mention you can place AMO orders after 7pm, you actually can’t
