I have worse experience with reliance. I have given my application form exactly 31days back(July 3rd 2007) with a reliance money executive in Bangalore and didn’t get a single call till now from reliance. The money (Rs.2350/-) have been deducted from my account on the same day I have submitted the application form. Till now I have called their bombay customer care office(ph :39886000) 8 times and bangalore office(ph :32979985) 5 times and their executive 4 times...Nothing is happening than hearing their same story...
I think the company name should have been Reliance’s money than Reliance Money as this is the way company cheats its customers and make money for those who claim the big giant.They claim to charge very less for the transactions but if you just calculate the interest for the money they deducted from the first day, I could manage to go ahead with some other accounts...So please think of it before you planning to open an account with Reliance Money.
DONT TRY OUT RELIANCE unless and until you have the patience and money to throw out...
