I am Krishna From Pune. I stay in Hadapsar area.Yesterday I have taken this Broadband + product from reliance world, which costed me 3500 bucks.
Now I am regretting that, why I have gone for this product. I had similar pathetic experience in the past with reliance WIMAX. and again I went on for it, trusting the Ads and some other users.
Reliance is advertising their product, that it can provide data speeds upto 3.1 MBPS, But literally I am getting not even 100 KBPS. The sole purpose of me going for this high speed connection was to do office work, from home, which needs high bandwidth.
But reliance is cheating their customers by saying that it provides, 3.1 MBps, but where as the real product is providing not even 100 KBPS.
The other problem is that the net connection breaks out after every 10 minutes. Complained to customer care. still havent got any resolution.
Guys! who ever is planning to go for this product. please please please check the net speed from a user who is using it. take the user’s device to u r home and try it once before purchasing.
The intresting part is that, I have taken the demo. the demo peice is providing the speed upto 400 KBPs but where as the real devices that the customers buy are not providing such speed. I think there is some sort of setting done for the demo pieces.
Please think twice before going for Reliance broad band +
I know that reliance is renowned for false billing the customers, so I went for prepaid.
