I bought reliance netconnect at December 6 2011, am in Kovilambakkam, Chennai. My plan is Rs.800/month. they told me speed is 3.1 mbps. but actually getting speed is 166 kbps only. I complain’d to cc. but they said max speed only 3.1 mbps but your avg speed is 200 kbps. this is a bullshit. so please don’t buy reliance net connect.
my total money is waste.
