I have been using Netconnect+ service( USB Dongle) with assured 3+ mbps speed, but it’s a big cheating with customer like me. I barely got 200-400 kbps average speed and sometimes luckily 700+ kbps speed in Netconnect+ dongle. Fed-up with Netconnect+, even after complaining tons of time to Netconnect+ helpline numbers, these people are least bothered upon the plight of customers. Unfortunate, thinking how you Telcos are cheating and looting Indians! A Big-Nothing!
Customer care executives are least bother to solve the SR# raise thought helpline number calling!
But strange! instead of solving customer’s SR#, their’s executive dont feel shame to call back and remind customer to pay their monthly rental, in case the customer is approaching the due date mistakenly!
