Earlier I was using Tata Indicom Wimax Braodband . Whose service was good but not excellent .Though I am travelling a lot because of business requirement I opted to take a Reliance NetConnect Mobile broadband service I took connection on 15 May 2010 But it was activated after 4 days (Reliance person told me it will be activated within 24 hrs. Its really funny rite ?. Its been a night mare for me since I have been taken this conns for 40 days ..
Day 1 of activation :
I got only high speed 1X speed .Then I called customer care support but they told we have not received your docs so u are getting this much speed(as I submitted all the docs on 15 May 2010(connection date))
Day 5 :
After 10.30 night I got browsing speed less than 200 kbps(kilo bits(not bytes) per second) . As they promised me you will get at least 1 mbps speed in ur place (bangalore) .Then I called up the cust care , after taking some info from my side they have given me a complain number and said our back end team will contact you within 4 working days .
Day 8 :
I got a call from back end team from Bombay .They said in your area(Marathalli Bangalore) some maintenance .after 4-5 days your problem will be resolved .Then I said OK.
Day 15:
Same issue again !! slow browsing speed ( 50-130kbps) .i called cust care again . they ended up the call with a complain number(that back end team will call you and resolve this in 4 working days) . after 3 days back end team called me and suggested me to install netbooster in ur system it will will boost ur browsing speed (as Netbooster is the secret of ANils energy) .But due to some issue with rom.co.in site I couldnt download and install the net booster and then they closed that complain.
