Recent ally I purchased the Reliance Broad band+ with of 3.1Mb speed, in Bangalore Bel Road Reliance Web World. I selected the 2.5 GB Plan which cost Rs 850 / Month.
The Main Problem Now is they don’t have a Web-link to check the Usage of the Same for all customers in this Broadband+ plan. If they don’t have link to check the Unbilled usage of the same, every customers has to pay a HECTIC amount. Is there any Body is Listening this Issue in reliance broad band??? So customers Beware, and think twice before going this Product.
Regarding this issue I Lodged a Complaint over the mail, still Now No response from the data card team. Some of My friends Purchased the Unlimited usage package and there Bill is Now More than 50000.(Since unlimited is Only Limited to 10 Gb Usage).
