I used the reliance internet for 1 month and believe me I can not imagine that such a big company supply low quality of internet. The speed of internet is so slow that it not able to open facebook. When I went in my village speed is coming outside the house and there is no network inside the house. The henetwork of Vodafone company is best.
If you go to hill area and any village you will get full network(in the house or outside the house). After one month I start using Vodafone network. So my experience with Reliance is not good. I only can say that use that network which will help you.
