While waddling through different internet providers, I rubbed my shoulders with reliance as well. They have plans for moderate internet users. My plan was 2mbps for 600 bucks. And I had unlimited FUP. But, their server was down so often that the unlimited FUP didn’t really matter. The customer care was responsive and sorted the matter within few hours. But, the problem used to arise again. Too many times that I to change my internet providers. The unlimited plan for a low rate is good but it’s pointless if their server keeps going down every now and then.
