This is world class product with third class services. I have no complain about product as such but for services I have no word to express my anger.
First service did not start on time , second my billing date changed without my knowledge. third some confusion in first billing , fourth inflated bill and fifth after many phone calls and mails my password problem to log into account has not been solved ( 1. I have no idea about my usage for last month as funnily I can only check this only from my account and customer executive can not inform me 2, I can not pay bill online , I have to compulsorily waste Rs 50 petrol to pay my bill from reliance out ,
Every time I am writing mail to customer they send type answer with promise to resolve problem in 24 hours but now it is almost 24 days but still they are not able to solve the small problem of password.
So classic example of best product and worst ever services. Buy this product only if your have patient to haggle with its pathetic customer care services. I think customer care of RELIANCEADA NETCONNECT should get award for worst customer care unite.
