Today I feel that Brands are only from name sake. You are left in soup when you realize that. I have take one Reliance Broadband Plus from Vriti Infocom in Aug 2010. These guys promised me a Goa trip voucher also. Till today I haven’t received it yet. The sales guy was so hurry that he did not even check my online payment status and made me to pay again, saying that earlier payment was declined. Even second time also it happened the same way. Later another guy jumped in and assisted me for and IVRS payment. Within minutes I paid them thrice.
Anyway I agreed to take two devices and asked them for the reversal of the 3rd payment. They have agreed and I am still waiting here. Every time I check, they say that they are checking with Finance people. 10 days back they said that they have reversed the payment, but there is no sign of that in my account.
