Bad customer service

Reliance has one of the worst customer service. Once I had connectivity issues and had to call customer service. I had to hold the line to get through to a customer service rep for upto half an hour and eventually my mobile balance ran out. My emails to them were never responded to. And finally I went to the nearest Reliance World and I was given another number to call. Obviously, I chose not to call. I searched the internet using my phone and found a solution. I am about to cancel my reliance internet connection. I really do not know what in hell I would have to go through to get it disconnected.
