I recharged for 3G data plan for Rs. 255(for 1GB data and 30days validity) on 13.07.2015 10:29am and tried to connect the Internet but failed(as normally happens). So, after frustration I complained to customer care on 17.07 and that customer care person told me that your data has not credited to your account, same will be credited to your account within 10 hours.
At same time I got message on my sim card number that data will be get credited in next 3 days. So I again waited for 48 hours and against try to get status against my complaint number. Now that customer care telling me that your complaint has closed. How they can do these without completion of action and without satisfaction to customer.
