I was using reliance netconnect number is 9321067506, Bought by paying 3400 and used it for a period of 2 and half years. because of frequent disconnection in network. when I requested for disconnection over phone, they agreed to disconnect and send me the proated bill for the period Oct 2010.
My monthly rental as as corporate plan 10 GB usage, 1103/-rs. the last prorated bill for Oct 2010 generated and it was 737 rupees. I have cleared of the bill.
Even after disconnection they keep sending bill. when I spoke to customer care thye waver the bill once. now month of March 2010 again I have started getting bill. I recommend not to go with them. I spoke to nodal office she is still working on it. I have the recording. But till today no solution.
