I cancelled my device and I have surrender it.
they gave me cancellation id and everything.
but two months bill is generated.
Now they threatening me to pay.
-No device, no net usage. But why the hell do I need to pay for them.
Full fraud.
Even both customer service executive as well as through mail they are not helpful and supportive.
They are money thirsty people.
Its sin trusting those Reliance guys. Very poor service and their character.
Please dont purchase Reliance Netconnect Plus.
