I also updated these documents many a times through Whatsapp whenever asked. After all these efforts put from my end for over a week, I finally received a message after I called you team, that my Phone no: 8882395730 has successfully converted into post paid, On Sunday 15th June your verification team member came to my address A288 B A BLOCK KALKAJI to do the verification and he assured me that my connection will start in a day. I was pretty satisfied that finally after running so much after you guys my number will be finally activated. But last night when I called customer care and verification team to know why I am not able to call any phone number they just started to beat around bush and gave me no answer and asked me to wait several hours. I done that too. And now after all these efforts I feel like fool to trust Reliance for so many year.
