Couple of days ago some girl called me and said reliance is giving unlimited plan which is 3.1 Mbps until 5GB and after that u will get 1.8 Mbps speed.That time I thought that’s good if reliance is giving this speed .I thought that is enough speed for me and she said whenever u will feel any problem call me we will take care for that, I said ok.
They took 1200 Rs in advance and after that I had a word with reliance customer care they said that we are not providing this plan to any one.The plan which u took its 3.1 Mbps until 5 Gb and after that its 144 kbps. I was in shock what customer care is telling me so I told her each and every think that some one is miss using ur name and they are cheating a bad print in-front of all.
And today on Sunday 15 Feb 2015 I called them and ask for solution they said ur cash is closed and no one is going to refund your money for this and if you hv any problem with reliance network then we can help for that, so I got no resolution at all .Frds this is my story what they did with me. Don’t ever take reliance net connections.I know plan are cheap but what about speed and services.
They are not providing really really bad services .instant of that take ==Tata Photon max.=.Service are excellent.Speed is excellent each and every think is excellent.Go for tata photon they are best.
And don’t ever even try to take any reliance service. They are nothing more then liar.
