I have tried to terminate their connection(CDMA dongle), about 5 times.
Every time, the call center comes up with a new excuse and refuses to act saying that this is handled by a different department. I have even registered a complaint(No 4625093647).
Do NOT ever go in for Reliance Communications connection and if you have one already, move out as soon as possible. Do not fall into the trap of 4G migration as their rates are on the higher side for both the dongle and data packs.
