Worst ever product used by me. Whether I use it in noida or Chandigarh the speed is amazingly slow sometimes it works in high speed mode and that day. I think I must have done some good deeds thats why its happening otherwise its same old story of slow speed and when I called Customer support in Noida they told me that everything is fine from their end so they cannot do anything about it (what a lame reply).
When I called in Chandigarh tech support they told me its a technical issue and it will take 3 MONTHS to get it sorted after that I was so happy that I decided to get rid of this silly device now lets see what kind of problems do I face when I go for disconnection I am pretty sure this greedy company will not disconnect it easily.
