How many Morons can they employ at Reliance?

I spent 90 mins walking in the hot sun, the entire locality of Banaswadi and Kammanahalli, visiting atleast one dozen shops on the way and nobody stocks or cares to supply Reliance netconnect. Interestingly nobody even offered to get it for me the next day.


I called the Reliance Netconnect helpline number 1-800-3000-5555 and requested a netconnect+ dongle. Within 2 days they assured me. Well two days are gone and my request has vanished somewhere in the sewage of their system. Then I went online and requested the same again. Let us see how this request fares.


In todays world, you have companies strategize their marketing muscle to capture a passing whim and mere impulse of a consumer to fulfill a shopping itch and purchase their products, and to contrast you have these morons sittings at Reliance who are too incompetent to sell their product to a customer even when the customer is toiling in the hot sun searching for their products.


The Area Sales Manager for Reliance responsible for this locality of Bangalore is an incompetent  moron and does not deserve his salary. What when nobody even wants to stock a Reliance dongle - not ONE out of a dozen shops?! And this is true for Indira Nagar as well BTW nd it cost me another 2 hours of my day commuting when I had no other reason to go there.


The one shop keeper of a Reliance branded shop in Kammanahalli opposite Adiga’s is another moron who only wants to profit from post-paid connections and refuses a customer who asks for prepaid with a grudge. He sells only Reliance but refuses to sell prepaid and is yet another  moron who fails to understand that todays prepaid customer may become tomorrows postpaid by chance - only if the experience is good and friendly from the start of purchasing interaction. And the ASM for Reliance(or whatever designation they have to market their product) is  lazy and incompetent  - not doing his job in training his shop vendors in winning customers.


I don’t expect an apology form Ambani for the stupidity of his junior staff, but at least I can name and mock them for the idiots they are.
