RelianceNetConnect harassment

I brought Reliance net connect+ postpaid connection with good speed but after using  6-8 month speed getting slow and slow. and after lot of try on their call center and personal visit hell service center. I drop connection and give request to disconnect my reliance netconnect number. they received letter but not give received letter stamp but they give me complaint number. and I simply trust that poor customer care people(due to heavy load of work pressure). But after a month my netconnect was not disconnect and I started mailing to billing / Complaint department they told me their no request received even after I gave them complaint number.


After 2nd month I received another bill with usage summary.  big question mark? for me how this is possible. but they not respond properly on my query. and this is cycle continue till 4 month and I am not paid any amount to this people. They Send me legal notice by their advocate. I simply answer his advocate by letter and this letter also forward to our telecom ministry and PMO(via speedpost and email).


and unbelievable telecom ministry forward to top complaint authority of Reliance Netconnect+ with in 7 days and they people start calling me and send me email about settlement. each and every email also forward to top complaint authority and telecom ministry by us and by them. and this issue sort out within 2 days and they waived all my bill just I paid them 275/- as a difference amount.


But whatever I face problem due to negligence of customer care department was remember for life.  and also feel proud on our telecom ministry who take so fast action which I never seen in my life
