I am from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The technicians in Coimbatore are fools and irresponsible people. I think they are in a tie- up with bloody aircel company, because all we know that aircel company is a fraud university. Still they are giving 2 kbps in India and it’s a south Indian Chennai company and the customer care in mumbai is also bad.
Its a dumb department. Whenever we call up CC, the standard replies we get are to clean the cache, re-install the dialer, the pbm will b solved within 1 week, 2 week, 3 week bla bla clean the network settings etc. And never calls to examine whether the problem has been resolved or not there was issues of signal strength and speeds…they do not understand customer’s problems and keep repeating the same sentences over and over again.they have many offices and representatives in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
My experience with reliance has been a nightmare! Yes this word is the least i can express to convey my experience . We are earning the money through hard work.nothing comes easy. Every month I rcd with 650 rs, but my speed is only 25 kbps .now its almost crossed 1 year and I lost around Rs 5000 in bloody reliance company.
