Since lost Reliance Netconnect dongle, requested on call and mailed from my registered mail id to disconnect. After 3 months got call regularly to pay the huge bill and the behavior was too bad. Harashed simply dragging the consumer unnecessarily, even thought it was purely their mistake. They do not respond to your mail id on any query.
The representatives behavior also very bad. Suggest not to go for any dongle. Broadband would be better, at least a person would be visiting in case of any issue raised. They give false calls too saying your this vodafone contact number is going to be barred by 12 PM today as you have not paid reliance Internet usage bill. I receive almost 4 to 5 calls everyday just to harash, so changed the number too a month back. But I am sure who has got this number he/she must going thru the same pain unnecessarily.
