Just a very bad experince

Long back when reliance came into this telecommunication industry they started the policy or free calling of reliance to reliance and also had a very low scheme on the net connection.  After hearing the schemes I was so thrilled that I got the net connection.


For a few days it was fine, it was running smoothly, the speed was good. But after 15 days it started showing insufficient balance. When I called the call center to give me an updated list, they profoundly refused and said go to the nearest center.


I travelled all the way from sion to Lower parel to get a bill and to my surprise I had enough balance to continue using it for the next 12 days. When I called customer care to logged a complaint, they said there must be a fault with in the device and you’d need to reset it.


After I did that, it started working properly. But when I received the bill it showed extra charges for almost 1500 rupees. When I complained they said I have over- used it and thus the charges.  I gave them my computer history with time spent and Mb files but still they were not ready to accept.


Apart from this the connection started getting weaker day by day and the speed started decreasing. This is just horrible! they cheat a lot!
