2013 I had purchased Reliance netconnect datacard. They took more than 3 weeks time to activate the connection which was possible after so many followups. After selling the datacard to you they will not bother about its activation and services.Please be careful and go through the plans which u want to avail.
Reliance are cheaters and fraud as there may be lot of hidden costs and usage limits.Initially their scheme will look good but they will not tell u the usage limits of data. Limit over your balance will drastically get reduced.
FOR Smartphone users - I have reliance GSM prepaid sim which I had topped up with 500 Rs through my online account+ previous balance was 128 Rs.along with this I had activated internet Rs 99.
I only use whatsapp.You will be surprise to know that in 3 days my balance got reduced to 42 Rs.strange.I tried calling their customer care where for next 3 days I got the answer that "Sir our servers are down and we cant access your data" .on 6th day they could acces the data and told me that they can access only last 3 days data of usage.(last 3 days my balance was 40Rs only).So result was, there was no track of where my money.
Guys better go with Vodafone .
