I am Netconnect+ customer from the last 1 year. The connection is slow, I recharged my data card for 06 months packs with Rs. 3000/- for 30 GB+10% extra. I did not get my 10% bonus (i.e. 3 GB). I have tried call up customer care, I have to wait more than 30 minutes for four times and then also I couldnt get through their customer care.
I tried email from last one month the reply I get is "we have received your email, thank you for your patience, we will revert to you shortly."
If this is the way that Reliance treats its customers I am sorry, then its better to shift, I dont recommend to anyone to opt for Reliance products.
