I am using reliance net connect service .
I am post paid customer(9312052684) of reliance in last one year(Cdma) .
company was close cdma connection . and telling us in popup windows please update your connection in 4g and gate 10gb 4g data free . and also 4g device given less prices to exiting customer .
I am update my cdma device to 4g device and pay(Rs 899) .
that company is not given me free 10gb data that they promised me . and now told me that offer is only which connection is activated before 7 july . but I have device and 4g sim near one month ago . and he is update my connection 9 july . Reliance when he update cdma to 4g . company not communicate to me and automatic change my plan without my permission . they told me they have send mail but I have not find any mail regrading plan change . now that company is stop my service.
I want complete waiver . I am not pay that bill .
