Reliance has one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been following up with customer care for an issue and haven’t received resolution for past 3 months. I have already raised complain 5 times and every time the complain has been closed without proper resolution.
The bill never contains the detailed or itemised usage , which makes it difficult to verify the usage. The online interface is pathetic as well, as it keeps changing frequently. Though promised speed is upto 3.1 mbs , I have never been able to experience speed more than 900 kbs. My personal advice is not to go for this product.
