I was surprised to see that reliance is at last providing ’quality’ product but to my dismay it turns out to be other marketing lie of reliance. - "network speed at 3.1Mbps". I am using reliance netconnect+ and I get a pathetic download speed of less than 70kbps when the avg speed shown on the net is 500kbps!!

And when I call the customer care centre I am told all kind of mathematics. And suggestion to wait for 3G!! as if 3G will not come bundled with other bunch of farce promises. Give the pathetic state of dealing with the actual problem and hiding behind lies. I wonder how long reliance is going to hold on to competition.
