I purchased a Reliance netConnect card on 8th Sep 2009 - paying Rs 3500 in cash -
from their shop Beyond Limits, reliance mobile store, #22/1 Jaladarshini layout, New BEL Road, RMV 2nd Stage Bangalore - 560094
I was told that on paying Rs 3500 and submitting documents my connection would be activated within 24 hours. I submitted all documents
Suddenly on Sep 22nd, I observed that the connection has been disconnected - When I called up central reliance number, I was told that the connection has been closed as address proof not submitted. These incompetent jokers at Reliance Mobile Store had forgotten to attach the requisite documents.
I went again on Sep 24th and submitted the application form and documents again only to be told that it will be activated within 24 hours. It is now 4 days and not activated. When I call up the central reliance number 080 30335555 I am told that they have not yet received documents and I need to resubmit
This is height of incompetency - Do I have no other work than to keep submitting documents at office? Do I have to do this every week or daily?
Trust me - reliance is a bunch of crooks. They tell you 10 GB free in first month - and at the end of the month we observe that our connection was not working for 10 days
Reliance is a cheat company and NEtConnect is ShitConnect
