Yet another story of cheating from reliance. I happened to buy a netconnect for Rs 3500. It was delivered by the executives at my residence. From the very next day they will not pick up my call. The device gave enough speed to meet purpose but it started getting disconnected in every 10 minutes and also over heating was there. The signal was full and I understood there is something wrong with the device.
I registered a complaint in the customer support and it was after 15 days I got a call back. Mean time the device stopped working. Thrice I was told that the executive will come to check the device and I waited for hours on the time they mentioned. No one came. They were so punctual in creating the bills for the period the dispute was going on and their wonderful device stopped working.
The issue went on for two months and I took another internet connection. Now they are ready to replace the device after two months. I told I wanted a refund. They denied and send me legal papers to pay the bill. I contacted trai office in new delhi and I got the bill waive off. One option they gave me was to return the device. They will sell it to some new customer and give me the money.
From that itself I understood how I became a victim of this faulty product. I informed the concerned about such malpractice going on and who cares!!!!
